Return Process

  Log in to your Cosmo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
